Responsible for maintenance requirements related to the shop.
Perform scheduled maintenance on shop equipment.
Repair shop equipment.
Productivity level must consistently equal the Company’s established productivity requirements, as defined by work instructions.
Workmanship must meet the Company’s quality standards.
Estimating man hours and material on assigned projects.
Follow LPP safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Safety Manual.
Backup Maintenance Leadman, as required.
Three years applicable maintenance experience.
High School Diploma / GED
Perform maintenance assignments with minimal supervision.
Electrical, electronic, and mechanical knowledge.
Maintenance requirements related to welding equipment, power rolls, overhead & yard cranes, forklifts, power hand tools, and building facilities.
Basic air compressor operational knowledge.
Must demonstrate the desire to perform in a professional manner as a member of a team, as well as a team leader, to give inputs on activities that will help complete project assignments in a timely and efficient manner while upholding the quality and safety standards.
