Responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President Administration, Legal Services, and Information Technology per Company policies, procedures and work instructions


  • Schedule and organize complex activities; i.e., meetings, and department activities for Vice President, Administration.
  • Make travel arrangements for Vice President, Administration, Legal and IT personnel.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Screen incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond independently when possible.
  • Order and maintain office supply for Vice President, Administration and self.
  • Assist with reports, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets as needed.
  • Assist with expense report preparation and reconciling of submitted reports for approval.
  • Maintain office supplies, organization system and filing for Vice President, Administration as needed.
  • Enter Succession Planning information into Linde required system.
  • Learn and abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions.


  • High School diploma.
  • 5 years’ experience in administrative support function.
  • Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Detail oriented, continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
