The Lead Document & Data Management will be part of a multi-discipline project team and is responsible for managing & controlling all documentation & data management related activities in a project. This position supports and coordinates with discipline engineers in document management administration and control.


The Lead – Document & Data Management shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Definition, implementation and execution of project procedures for document management.
  • Control, distribute, consolidate and maintain internal and external document deliverables
  • Definition and set-up of engineering data management execution procedures per internal and/or customer requirement.
  • Control and complete electronic attributes.
  • Control of document quality (layout, legibility, format).
  • Control of document schedules for suppliers.
  • Set up and control document review cycles.
  • Compilation of final documentation (paper version and/or electronic version).
  • Archiving of documentation.
  • Coordination of project close-out activities.
  • Reporting the status of review cycles and document schedules.
  • Learn and abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions.



  • Minimum  (5) five years of related  work experience in Document Management and two years of related work experience in Data Management in EPC company
  • Technical degree preferred IT related education & experience desirable
  • Practical experience with MS Office and customized IT-programs
  • Very good knowledge of EDMS Electronic Management System (preferable Documentum)
  • Conceptual knowledge about database management
  • Understanding of engineering and data/information workflow in EPC environment
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
