  • Overview

    Develop & implement LENA’s regional product strategy for Natural Gas product line, which includes NGL recovery, gas treatment and gas conditioning products: cryogenics, acid gas treating, gas dehydration and sulfur recovery, aligned with the global product line, which provides the basis for LENA’s product development/adaptation to support the North American market.


    The Product Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    • Direct the product development and adaptation/optimization to North American market of products for NG Product Line (e.g. GSP, RSV, Cryo+) based on market analysis, such as customer, product, competitor, product price and market volume analysis
    • Build & maintain Product expertise for Natural Gas Product Line with focus on NGL recovery, gas conditioning and gas processing related products
    • Provide subject matter technical expertise supporting Business Development during leads’ & proposals’ development
    • Actively participate in industry associations, talking to stakeholders to influence future regulations and to gain knowledge relating to future market change(s).
    • Develop and maintain a Basis of Design jointly with Process Lead based on technology/product limitations and market requirements (voice of customer, target market, etc.)
    • Develop & maintain standard documentation, & drawing package as specified in the Document Register for Standard Product Offerings to be used during execution of contracts.
    • Establish and manage the budget and control of expenses for Development Projects in accordance with approved budget
    • Direct activities of assigned resources and providing feedback regarding employee performance on the program team to the respective employee’s functional manager.
    • Developing and maintaining a reference tool/template list for proposal development and execution for Standard NGL Products by using standard Linde documentation platforms (e.g. LION/Documentum)
    • Participate in the execution phase of a Standard Plant project utilizing the Product according to the role of the Product Manager as specified in the execution strategy and IMS to ensure that the Product is executed according to the Product documentation.
    • Direct & participate in the development of any new required tools for Standard Products.
    • Obtain feed-back from projects for lessons learned to incorporate in future product improvements.
    • Develop & update pricing for Standard Products on a quarterly basis (or as agreed with Head of NG Business Unit) for review & approval by LENA ELT Management
    • Prepare periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations.
    • Participate & make presentations at conferences & exhibits to support Business Development
    • Recommend new processes or designs to improve quality, cost, or delivery.
    • Learn and abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or directly related field.
    • Minimum ten (10) years’ industrial related product experience, preferable in an EPC environment. Global experience is preferred.
    • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in NGL recovery and gas processing technologies is a must.
    • Knowledge & experience in sales & EPC project execution of process plants
    • Possesses a broad understanding of each engineering discipline.
    • Familiarity with LENA's Natural Gas Product Portfolio
    • Effective management and leadership skills.
    • Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
    • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of safety and environmental requirements.
