  • Overview

    Responsible for providing administrative support to the CFO and direct reports per Company policies, procedures and work instructions


    The Executive Administrative Assistant to CFO shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    • Schedule and organize team activities; i.e., meetings, travel, department activities including visiting executives.
    • Assist with development of key reports, powerpoint presentations, and excel spreadsheets as needed.
    • Manage database/tracking of state license registrations compliance, including working across the organization for renewals, communicate any issues, and filing master documents.
    • Facilitate process for review/approval of corporate documents, banking, board of directors, board of managers, shareholders, agreements, and licenses. Ensure appropriate filing system and support identification of Notary Public services, as necessary.
    • Maintain up-to-date corporate record and index of financials for Linde entities: Linde Holdings, LLC, Linde Process Plants, Canada, Inc., Linde Engineering North America, Inc.
    • Point of contact for LPP Canada Entity Registered Agent’s office, file reports with Canadian Provinces/government entities, coordinate filings with Linde Gas and LENA personnel.
    • Maintain lease commitment schedules and update master data in the system. Partner with business managers on any key information needs.
    • Manage scanning of journal entries and attaching/filing to system SAP documents.
    • Lead Dun & Bradstreet reporting to support optimal customer credit decisions.
    • Ensure understanding of Concur travel expense reimbursement module as company point of contact for key functionality Q&A.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for team and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Assist with expense report preparation and reconciling of submitted reports for approval.
    • Learn and abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions.



    • High School diploma.
    • 5 years’ experience in executive administrative support function.
    • Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
    • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
    • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
    • Detail oriented, continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
