The Project Logistics Manager (PLM) will be nominated for the execution of large-scale projects or for handling several smaller projects depending on the size of the projects. The PLM shall coordinate all logistics activities within a project. The PLM is the interface between the PM/PPM and the logistics organization on all subjects relating to logistics. The PLM is responsible for the project specific HSE compliant execution, integration and flow-back of lessons learned related to the HSE aspects and tasks defined for the project logistics department or service area. The PLM will be accountable for the overall project logistics scope required for the project, coordinate with the relevant functional departments and supervise Project Logistics Team, if required.
